Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients following the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational guidelines.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competency and a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
