Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a staff nurse in the Emergency Room, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients while ensuring compliance with nursing standards and protocols. Your role will involve developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining clinical competency, and creating a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or a Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
