Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position at Grace Medical Center in the Emergency Room requires a weekend commitment with day and night shifts. The Staff Nurse will provide nursing care to patients following established protocols and guidelines while maintaining a safe patient care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in compliance with standards and protocols.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams for quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competency and ensure a safe environment for patients.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, Hazmat (if applicable).
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
