Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with day and night shifts, including weekends, at Grace Medical Center in the Emergency Room. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with regulations and organization protocols. You will collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines to deliver quality care, maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency, and ensure a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- PALS and Hazmat certification within specified timelines.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is advantageous.
- Complete orientation according to policy/procedures.

The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center is equipped with advanced technology and amenities for emergency care, featuring 17,000 square feet of state-of-the-art design. The department includes private treatment rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, negative pressure rooms, and a CT Scanner for early diagnosis.
