Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will provide nursing care to patients following the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational guidelines. This role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining clinical competency to ensure quality care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in compliance with standards and protocols.
- Assess patient needs and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills for effective patient care.
- Create and maintain a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services experience preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
