Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD, at Grace Medical Center. This full-time position with day and night shifts and varying hours involves working as a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room. The role entails providing nursing care to patients in compliance with protocols and guidelines, developing and revising care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience specific to Emergency Services or 3-5 years of other acute care experience preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS within 6 months of hire.
- PALS and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is preferred.
- Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.
