NURSING GRADUATE

Job Description

LifeBridge Health is seeking a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position requires a commitment to day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will provide nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and maintain a safe patient care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care following the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organization protocols.
• Assess and address patient's physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
• Maintain clinical knowledge and skills to ensure best practices.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
• 2 years of Emergency Services experience or 3-5 years of acute care experience preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
