Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide nursing care to patients, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure quality care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with standards and protocols.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on individual needs.
- Maintain clinical competency and ensure a safe patient care environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- 2 years of Emergency Services experience preferred.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, Hazmat.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
