Job Description
We are seeking a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires a commitment to day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with healthcare standards and protocols. The role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining clinical competency to ensure quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
- Completion of orientation program.
