Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients following state regulations and organizational protocols. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best care delivery and maintain a safe patient environment. The ideal candidate will have a nursing degree, current RN licensure in Maryland, and specific experience in emergency services.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in compliance with regulations and organizational standards.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Stay updated with the latest clinical practices and maintain competency.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for quality care delivery.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in emergency services preferred.
- ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications within specified timelines.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
