Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room comes with day and night shifts, with varying hours and weekend commitments. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, evaluating, and revising patient care plans, collaborating with staff and physicians, and maintaining competency in clinical knowledge and skills.

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years Nursing Experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care.
• BLS required, ACLS within 6 months of hire, PALS and Hazmat within one year.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
• Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.

The Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center boasts cutting-edge design and technology spread across 17,000 square feet. It features 29 private treatment rooms, a dedicated providers' station, negative pressure rooms, and a behavioral health treatment pod. The department houses a state-of-the-art CT Scanner for early diagnosis of critical conditions.
