NURSING GRADUATE

Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center requires a weekend commitment with day and night shifts and varying hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational standards.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on individual needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care delivery.
• Maintain clinical competency and create a safe patient care environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing School.
• Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care.
• BLS certification required, ACLS within 6 months of hire, PALS and Hazmat within one year.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
