Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health, specifically at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will provide nursing care to patients in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and established standards. The role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining clinical competency. Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients based on their physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competency and provide a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with the Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
