Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Nursing Graduate to join our dynamic team at LifeBridge Health. As a member of the ICU Step Down unit, you will work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide essential care to a designated group of patients. This full-time position requires a weekend commitment for the night shift from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and complex procedures under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the ICU Step Down unit.
- Adhere to established protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and well-being.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Less than 1 year of practical experience.
- Demonstrated formal knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree.
