Part time COMMUNITY MANAGER

Job Description

We are an established Real Estate Management & Brokerage Company managing investment properties in Oregon and Washington. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Community Manager to oversee a manufactured housing community in Medford, Oregon. This part-time position entails rent collection, enforcement of rental agreements and rules, administrative duties, and facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Collect and deposit space rents on time.
• Enforce rental agreements and facility rules.
• Perform administrative tasks like preparing reports and maintaining records.
• Maintain grounds, facilities, and equipment.

Requirements

• Previous property or facility management experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle tenant relations effectively.
• Knowledge of maintenance tasks and vendor management.
