Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Production Workers to join our team at ATI. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of our Washington Specialty Plate Facility, contributing to the production of high-quality plate products for various end users. Your role will involve operating equipment, working collaboratively with the team, and ensuring top-notch maintenance activities.
Essential Functions
- Operate both small and large mobile equipment.
- Use cranes for lifting operations.
- Work in tandem with the team to produce superior plate products.
- Assist in routine maintenance tasks.
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 1 year of relevant experience.
- OR Vo-Tech Certificate or Associate Degree in related fields.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to operate and maintain various operating units.
- Demonstrated team-oriented safety practices.
- Strong reading, math, electrical, and mechanical skills.
