Program Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Program Manager to join Abilities Inc.'s management team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring quality care and services for our clients, compliance with state/county/MCO regulations, and effective employee management.

Prerequisites:

• High School Diploma with 5 years of field or managerial experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree in a related field or WALA assisted living.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver's License and clear criminal background.

Managerial Procedures:

• Ensure quality care and services for clients.
• Supervise employees and ensure compliance with policies.
• Complete required documentation and facilitate client appointments.

State/County/MCO Compliance:

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and handle incidents promptly.
• Coordinate medical appointments and medication orders accurately.
• Maintain a safe and clean facility, ensuring compliance with regulations.
