Program Nurse RN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Program Nurse RN to join our team at Hope Network West Michigan. As a Program Nurse RN, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating medication administration, individual healthcare programs, and providing education to direct care staff and residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide education on health care topics to staff and residents.
• Administer medications, monitor responses, and communicate with prescribers when necessary.
• Develop and monitor healthcare goals in collaboration with Case Holders.
• Conduct health assessments and maintain medical records for continuity of care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and participate in nurse services development.

Requirements

• Michigan State Registered Nurse license.
• Prior experience in medical treatment services, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.
• Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
