Job Description
We are seeking a driven and motivated Replacement Sales Consultant to join our team at Pella DFW & West Texas. As a Replacement Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for presenting the Pella Promise to homeowners, achieving individual sales goals, and delivering a 100% customer satisfaction experience. You will engage with customers, execute sales presentations, provide price quotes, and ensure follow-up to meet customer needs. Additionally, you will actively seek out new referrals and represent Pella at various events and shows.
Responsibilities
