Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated RN (0.9 FTE, 3p-3a) to join our team at ThedaCare Medical Center - Wild Rose in Wild Rose, Wisconsin. As an RN Clinical Nurse, you will provide patient-centered, specialized, evidence-based nursing care across the continuum. Your role will involve collaborating with an interprofessional team to deliver compassionate and safe care while promoting innovation and professional development.

Key Accountabilities

• Utilize the nursing process and evidence-based practice to assess patient needs.
• Collaborate with the team to provide high-quality care and clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN Licensure.
• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) or commitment to obtain within five years.
• AHA Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Physical ability to perform job duties and meet job-specific competencies.

Work Environment
