As the Director of Health Services, you will lead the clinical team in providing exceptional care to our residents across independent living, assisted living, and memory care units. Responsibilities

• Complete initial assessments and create individualized care plans.
• Oversee nursing care for residents and ensure their rights are protected.
• Manage budget, medication administration, staffing, and employee training.
• Provide leadership, supervision, and maintain high standards of care.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa.
• Experience in supervising staff and assisted living is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to promote a positive atmosphere in the nursing department.
