Job Description
We are currently looking for a Nurse Resident or New Graduate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with flexible day or night shifts. As part of our Nurse Resident program, you will receive individualized orientations and internships across various specialties, providing you with the necessary support as you begin your nursing career.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or RN Diploma with relevant experience.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and BLS Certification.
- Less than 1 year of experience required.
Support Program
Our innovative support program aims to provide new nurses with comprehensive support through individual and group sessions, clinical coaching, life coaching, and continuous assessment to ensure a successful transition into their role. The program duration varies depending on specialty area and individual progress.
