Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Nurse Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As an RN I - Nurse Resident in the Med Surg department at Sinai Hospital, you will have the opportunity to CARE BRAVELY and receive a Sign-On Bonus of up to $20,000.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and quality patient care in Med Surg units such as Oncology, Pulmonary, Ortho/Neuro, Rehab, GI/GU.
• Participate in individualized new nurse orientations and internships.
• Receive support from a dedicated orientation team, educators, and clinical coaches.

Requirements

• Basic professional knowledge with a Maryland RN License and BLS Certification.
• New Grad Registered Nurses or RN Diploma holders with less than 1 year of experience.
• Ability to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
