Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Account Executive to join Modern Office Methods. The ideal candidate will excel at generating and maintaining client relationships, exceeding sales quotas, and understanding client needs to offer appropriate solutions. Strong communication skills, goal-setting abilities, and proficiency in CRM systems are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target sales leads through strategic plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Exceed assigned sales quotas and understand client needs.
  • Prospect clients through various channels and prepare sales proposals.
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and manage complaints effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to set and achieve sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and sales process understanding.
  • Experience in managing a book of business.

Work Environment

The role involves mainly client site visits with occasional office work. Travel and physical demands are required, with a moderate noise level and the need for problem-solving skills.

Position Type & Expected Hours of Work

This is an exempt position with regular work hours Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm. Daily travel to client sites is expected.

Education & Experience

High School diploma required. Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience preferred.
