Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated PRN Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This position, based in Baltimore, MD at Levindale Hospital, involves providing clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and their families. As a Social Worker PRN, you will address various challenges such as adjustment issues, financial concerns, family relationships, aging-related changes, discharge planning, and counseling for end-of-life matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience.
• LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC certification.
• Strong knowledge in the specialized field of clinical social work.
