Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a PRN Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, addressing various common issues such as adjustment challenges, financial concerns, family dynamics, and end-of-life counseling. This role involves discharge planning, supporting patients and families in understanding medical information, and navigating aging-related changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting
- LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification
