SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Social Worker PRN to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As part of the team at Levindale Hospital, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, families, and residents, addressing various issues such as institutional living adjustments, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to death and dying.

Responsibilities

• Offer psychosocial assessments and clinical social work services.
• Assist patients and families with adjustment issues and financial concerns.
• Provide counseling and support in various areas including aging, discharge planning, and end-of-life care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
• Strong knowledge of social work theory and practice.
