SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are currently looking for a PRN Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, addressing a range of challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling on end-of-life issues.

Responsibilities

• Offer clinical social work services to patients and families.
• Assess and address various psychosocial challenges patients may face.
• Provide counseling on topics like adjustment, financial matters, and end-of-life issues.
• Contribute to discharge planning and support patients and families in difficult situations.

Requirements

• Basic professional knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
