Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated PRN Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This position, located in Baltimore, MD at Levindale Hospital, falls under the social work-hospital category and is offered on an as-needed basis during 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
Summary
As a PRN Social Worker, you will provide essential clinical social work services and conduct psychosocial assessments for patients, residents, and their families. Your role will involve addressing a range of issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, discharge planning, and counseling related to death and dying.
Requirements
- Basic professional knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in social work.
- LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC certification.
