Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated PRN Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This position, based in Baltimore, MD at Levindale Hospital, involves providing clinical social work services to patients and families, addressing various issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to death and dying. If you are compassionate, have 1-3 years of experience, and hold LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide counseling.
• Assist patients and families with discharge planning.
• Address issues related to aging, powerlessness, and medical treatments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.
• 1-3 years of social work experience.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
