Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker (PRN) to join our compassionate team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families. Your responsibilities will include addressing common challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, aging-related changes, discharge planning, and counseling for end-of-life issues.

Requirements

• Basic professional knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in social work.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
