Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a member of our healthcare facility, you will provide clinical social work services, conduct psychosocial assessments for patients and families, and address a variety of common issues individuals may face during medical treatment and aging processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services to patients and families.
• Assess and address adjustment, financial, family relationship, and aging-related concerns.
• Offer counseling on medical diagnoses, discharge planning, death, and dying.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC certification.
