Job Description
We are looking for a motivated PRN Social Worker to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing a variety of common issues. Your responsibilities will include assisting with adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, discharge planning, and counseling related to end-of-life care.
Requirements
- Basic professional knowledge with a Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in social work.
- LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
