Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated PRN Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing various challenges they may face. Your responsibilities will include assisting with adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family dynamics, medical understanding, aging-related changes, discharge planning, and end-of-life counseling.
Requirements
- Basic professional knowledge with a Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
