Job Description

We are looking for a motivated SOCIAL WORKER PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This position, based in Baltimore, MD at LEVINDALE HOSPITAL, involves providing clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families. Responsibilities include addressing a variety of common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to death and dying.

Requirements

• Basic professional knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in social work.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
