Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker on an as-needed basis to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a PRN Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing various challenges they may encounter during their stay.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide counseling to patients and families.
- Assist with discharge planning and support patients in adjusting to institutional living.
- Help individuals cope with financial concerns, family relationships, and end-of-life issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
- 1-3 years of social work experience.
- LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC certification.
- Strong knowledge of social work theory and practice.
