Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. The role includes addressing various common challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, discharge planning, and counseling related to death and dying.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in social work.
  • LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
