Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker PRN to join the compassionate team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a PRN Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing various common challenges they may encounter.

Job Summary

• Offer clinical social work services to patients and families.
• Assist with adjustment issues, financial concerns, family relationships, and discharge planning.
• Provide counseling and support during difficult times.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification required.
• Strong knowledge of social work theory and practice.
