Staff LPN - Med Surg Ortho - Part Time, Nights (Marion)

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff LPN to join our healthcare team at OhioHealth. In this role, you will provide nursing care to patients and their families across various healthcare settings while collaborating with the healthcare team. The LPN will be responsible for practicing nursing within the guidelines set by the Ohio Board of Nursing, delegating tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel, and serving as a valuable resource to other associates. While not directly involved in managerial tasks, the LPN may be consulted by higher management on certain matters.

Minimum Qualifications

• BLS - Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
• LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse certification from the National Council of State Boards of Nursing.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Must possess a current State of Ohio license, completed an approved medication course, and hold Basic Life Support Provider certification.

Work Shift

Night shift.

Scheduled Weekly Hours

24 hours.
