Store Manager Trainee/Parts Specialist

Job Description

Colliflower Inc., a leading distributor of hoses and fittings, is seeking a Store Manager Trainee/Parts Specialist to join their team. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn the fluid connector business and Colliflower's operations through hands-on training in various store and hub locations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, product management, and facility operations.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, identifying product solutions, and promoting company products.
• Assemble products, crimp hoses, manage inventory, and maintain a safe and organized store environment.
• Process sales transactions, record invoices, and assist with administrative tasks under the guidance of the Store Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

• Good customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic.
• High School diploma or equivalent education required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 150lbs and perform manual tasks.
• Regular standing, walking, and operating machinery required.

• Workshop environment with exposure to standard office equipment and hand tools.
