Responsibilities

• Enforce compliance with employment policies through effective management.
• Direct and schedule Management Team activities, assigning responsibilities.
• Manage performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline for the Management Team.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, and training of managerial and hourly staff.
• Oversee financial aspects including P&L, budgeting, and cost control.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and adherence to safety and security protocols.
• Develop incentive programs and training for staff development.
• Act as a liaison with vendors and corporate contacts.
