Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching and discipline.
• Review applications, interview, and hire hourly employees.
• Direct work schedules, assign tasks, and drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Provide training for front and back of house staff.
• Oversee food production and preparation based on established recipes and procedures.
• Ensure restaurant security measures for the safety of employees and guests.
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs through inventory control.
• Practice and enforce safe food handling procedures.
