Water Research Facility Lead - Water/Wastewater Industry

Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Water Research Facility Lead in the water/wastewater industry at Parkson Corp. This position will involve conducting pilot performance testing of mechanical and process technologies at water and wastewater treatment plants across North America. The key responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of solutions using Parkson technologies, setting up pilot units, optimizing systems, analyzing samples, conducting presentations, providing training, managing data, and submitting technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Water Research Facility.
• Develop plans and protocols for pilot studies.
• Coordinate all pilot-related activities.
• Analyze performance data and generate detailed reports.
• Maintain equipment to meet quality requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales and maximize pilot program utilization.
• Participate in technology development and market expansion efforts.
• Conduct field support for equipment troubleshooting and optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with MS Office and ISO9001 requirements.
• Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes.
• Hands-on experience in field service and/or pilot testing is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 70%.
