Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with daily living tasks.
• Support participants in achieving personal and developmental goals.
• Promote community integration and ensure a safe and inclusive environment.
• Provide compassionate and person-centered care to enhance quality of life.

Requirements

• No High School Diploma required.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and responsible behavior.
• Driver's license preferred but not required.
