Avesta Housing is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician (Floater) to maintain buildings and grounds at our affordable housing properties in Kittery, Maine, and the Seacoast region of New Hampshire. Responsibilities
- Maintain buildings and grounds at affordable housing properties.
- Demonstrate independent judgment and teamwork skills.
- Utilize basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and general repair skills.
- Be available for on-call schedules and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Provide strong customer service and communication with residents.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented with a professional attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Experience with technology is beneficial.
