Residential Designer

We are looking for an out-of-this-world person who has the creativity and passion to make clients' dreams come true through your ability to design sensational homes.
About the Residential Design Role
- Develop concept floor plan layouts and exterior elevations
- Transform concept floor plans/elevations into construction documents (Blue Prints)
- Comfortable with using computers
- Math skills proficiency
- Work directly with clients to discuss their wants/needs
- Understand roof, truss & floor loads
- Provide exceptional service to clients
- Meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Detail-oriented, organized, and creative
- Communication skills are crucial
- Assist in training and motivating new team members as you grow
Your Prior Work Experience
- Revit or similar experience a PLUS but not a requirement
- Customer-centric background
- Team contributor
- Product knowledge expertise
- Unique qualities and contributions
No experience necessary; training provided for the right candidates
