UX Researcher (Hybrid)

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic UX Researcher to join our team at Cella, a leading pharmaceutical company in New York, New York. As a UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our workplace environment and culture by conducting comprehensive research to gather insights into employee needs, behaviors, and satisfaction levels. Using various research methodologies, you will inform and guide the design and implementation of initiatives aimed at improving the overall employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies to gather insights on employee satisfaction and engagement.
• Analyze and synthesize research data to identify trends, pain points, and enhancement opportunities.
• Develop a deep understanding of employee personas and journey maps to guide experience design initiatives.
• Present research findings and insights to stakeholders and team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies impacting employee experience.
• Advocate for employee needs throughout the design and decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in UX research.
• Proficiency in user research platforms such as UserTesting, Lookback, Dscout, etc.
• Experience with survey tools like SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Google Forms.
• Strong communication skills to present data and findings effectively.
• Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset.
