Job Description

Sirmax North America Inc is seeking a Business Development Manager to manage the South East Territory. As part of the sales and business development team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to increase sales volume and profitability. You will be expected to establish and maintain multi-level relationships with customers, prospects, and stakeholders, ensuring the company's products meet customer needs and supporting the product development plan.

Responsibilities

  • Visit customers to achieve sales goals and develop relationships within the assigned customer(s) and stakeholders.
  • Draw up sales forecasts and identify deviations, implementing necessary corrections and changes to programs.
  • Research and develop new customer opportunities.
  • Coordinate the positioning of innovative products in the market based on customer needs.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Strong organizational and excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 years related to sales in plastics.
  • Positive, customer-focused outlook with a strong learning orientation.
