Practice Manager

Job Description

OnPoint Family Medicine at DTC is seeking an outstanding Practice Manager to join our team and oversee the administrative and practice operations. This critical role involves continuous improvement of processes, outcomes, and personnel to ensure high-quality patient care and a safe environment for patients and all personnel.

Responsibilities

• Assessing all administrative and practice processes and generating ideas and solutions for continual improvement
• Ensuring practice compliance with healthcare delivery regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies
• Communicating effectively with all staff on all levels and providing constructive feedback
• Coordinating staffing and schedules at each location and applying creative staffing techniques
• Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, development, and performance evaluation of employees
• Managing the business and financial affairs of the practice and fiscal management in conjunction with the practice accounting department
• Monitoring and reporting on supply usage and managing patient complaints effectively
• Serving as a liaison between the hospitals, regulatory bodies, vendors, and corporate office

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess an Associates Degree in a related field and have 2-5 years of managerial/supervisory experience with progressive responsibility. Experience in family, pediatrics, internal medicine, or Healthcare Administration is preferred, along with bilingual proficiency. Additionally, demonstration of customer service excellence and strong communication skills is paramount.
