Sevita, a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care, is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team in Lawrenceville, NJ, Hamilton, NJ, and Bordentown, NJ. As a Caregiver at Sevita, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with brain, spinal cord, and medically complex injuries or illnesses. Your responsibilities will include providing training, supervision, and support in living skills, therapeutic activities, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily assistance with meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration.
• Support individuals in community involvement activities and outings.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to implement therapeutic and behavioral plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and successful background clearance.
• Minimum age of 18 with a caring and compassionate attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
